Our 90-minute webinar served as a platform to honor the significant accomplishments of the ODENNA Africa programme and formally launched the next chapter, ODENNA LatAm. Since its inception in 2021, ODENNA Africa has played a pivotal role in empowering 23 National Nursing Associations (NNAs), guiding them through a journey from identifying organizational gaps to achieving measurable impact. This progress has been made possible through the dedicated support of the Johnson & Johnson Foundation and the BD Foundation.
This event was open to the ICN community and broader health leadership network, including:
Nurses, educators, National Nursing Associations, mentors, partners, sponsors, key stakeholders and anyone interested in learning more about nursing leadership and organizational development programmes. Media representatives are also welcome.
This session featured reflections from ICN leadership, stories from participating teams and mentors, and a look ahead to ODENNA LatAm, expanding ICN’s development work to Latin America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
