GNLI Alumni

After completing the Global Nursing Leadership Institute™ (GNLI) alumni continue to engage in networking as a professional support to advance their own careers and the nursing profession. As these alumni return to their work within government, management, education, advanced practice, research or development, or for a professional association, trade union or nongovernmental organization, this professional network helps them problem-solve, provides support and leads to collaboration between alumni to continue furthering the nursing profession and health for all. GNLI alumni have had the opportunity to participate in events such as the World Health Assembly as part of the ICN delegation. The alumni continue to meet and network after the completion of the GNLI training to amplify advocacy and policy influence and impact.
