About Botswana Nurses Union The Botswana Nurses Union (BONU) formerly Nurses Association of Botswana (NAB); was founded by the late Grace Kgari in 1968 and she became the first President of the association. BONU was launched on the 24 October 2012, this followed a resolution that was agreed at a Nurses Day held at Serowe in 2009 and follow-up at another Nurses Day at Otse in 2010.
