Namibian Nursing Association (NNA)

Namibian Nurses Association (NNA) is an independent, non-governmental organisation representing more than 50% of Namibian nurses. NNA enables Namibian nurses to share learning experiences on diverse nursing matters that affect the profession.

Vision

To be the voice and advocate for the nursing profession in Namibia, promoting excellence in nursing practice, education, and research and ensuring the delivery of high-quality health care to all individuals and communities in Namibia.

Mission

To advance the nursing profession in Namibia by advocating for the rights and welfare of nurses, fostering professional growth and development, promoting evidence-based practice and collaborating with stakeholders to improve healthcare outcomes for the people of Namibia.
