Soyeon is a fourth-year nursing student at Korea University in South Korea. With over four years of experience as an undergraduate researcher, her primary research interests focus on developing self-management interventions for chronic illnesses. Currently, she is involved in creating a mobile self-management program for low back pain based on the biopsychosocial model, integrating machine learning and generative AI technologies. Concerned about the societal appreciation of nurses in South Korea, Soyeon aspires to enhance the nursing field, which has also driven her interest in nursing policy and advocacy. As a student representative of the Delphi Group, she aims to contribute to modernizing the foundational definitions of the nursing profession.
