Prof Suresh Sharma is a nurse academician, and researcher, presently serving as a professor & principal, College of Nursing and adjunct faculty at the School of Public Health, AIIMS, Jodhpur, India. Also holding the post of Director, International Network of Doctoral Education in Nursing (INDEN).   

He was a GNLI- 2020 Scholar at the Global Nursing Leadership Institute, Geneva, Switzerland [2020 Aug – 2021 Sep]. A global leader with his academic association with several international universities such as the University of York, Yorkshire, UK, National University Hospitals, Singapore, Sultan Qaboos University Muscat, Oman, University of Brunei Darussalam, Brunei. University Putra Malaysia, Malaysia, University of Newcastle, Australia, and Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, USA.  

Prof Sharma has published about ten textbooks and contributed to more than 200 research papers in indexed journals. He has also served as an editor and editorial board member of reputed national and international journals. He is the founder President, of the Society of Perioperative Nursing, India.
