This report tracks ICN’s work month by month from January 2021 through February 2022. highlighting several significant ICN publications, press releases and statements on the effect of the pandemic on nurses’ mental and physical health, including stress, burnout, traumatisation, as well as infections and deaths. It also highlights the impacts on the nursing workforce in terms of education, workload and the global nursing shortage.
